Sound familiar?

If this is your week, you're in the right place.

None of this is a people problem. It's a process problem — and process problems can be automated.

AI is already in the building

Used daily · never reviewed

Half the team has started using ChatGPT for something (replies, first drafts, a summary here and there), and nobody's checked whether it's actually any good.

Nothing moves without your sign-off

On vacation · still approving

Every quote, every exception, every 'can you just check this' lands on your desk. You took a week off last year. You checked email every day of it.

Good people leave. So does the process.

3rd hire this year

You just spent two months training someone who was finally getting good at the job. They gave notice on a Tuesday. The next person starts from the same zero.

Your most expensive employee is your FAQ

47 unread · same ten questions

It's the same ten questions on repeat — what's the status, do you have this document, when will it be ready. Your most experienced person answers them anyway, all day, one email at a time.

The same number gets typed in twice

1 client · 2 places, by hand

A client's numbers go into the accounting software, then get typed again into the sheet your team uses to track billing. When the two stop matching — and eventually they do — someone has to stop and work out which one's wrong.

Everyone hates asking for money

Overdue · 3 weeks

The invoice goes out whenever someone remembers. Following up feels like asking a friend to pay you back — even when it's a client and a signed contract.

The honest version

AI automation, minus the hype.

You don't need to understand the technology — that's our job. Here's what it actually means for a business like yours.

01

What it actually is

Software that handles your repetitive work the way your most reliable employee would — following your rules, using your existing tools, and asking a human whenever it's unsure.

02

What it's genuinely great at

Work that's frequent, rule-based, and boring: moving data between systems, drafting replies and reports, sorting and routing requests, keeping records tidy. The work nobody was actually hired to do.

03The honest part

What it won't do

It won't run your business, replace your judgment, or fix a broken process by itself. And if automation isn't the right answer for you, we'll say so on the first call.

What we do

Four ways we take work off your plate.

AI Workflow Automation

Your repetitive processes, running on rails

We map the manual work that eats your team's week — lead routing, reporting, data entry, approvals — and rebuild it as automated workflows that run reliably in the background.

  • Hours back, every single week
  • Fewer dropped balls and manual errors
  • Runs on the tools you already pay for

A workflow, running itself

AI Agents & Chatbots

Assistants that never sleep

Customer questions answered in seconds, leads qualified around the clock, internal questions resolved without pinging a colleague — with a human handoff whenever it matters.

  • Instant, accurate answers — day and night
  • Your team freed from repeat questions
  • Escalates to a human when it should

Answered in seconds, escalated when it matters

Custom AI Integrations

Your tools, finally talking to each other

We connect AI to the systems you already run — CRM, email, spreadsheets, accounting — so information flows by itself instead of being copy-pasted by people.

  • One source of truth across your tools
  • No more swivel-chair copy-paste
  • Built to fit your stack, not replace it

Works with

  • HubSpot
  • Xero
  • QuickBooks
  • Airtable
  • Google Drive

Your existing tools, finally in sync

AI Strategy & Consulting

A clear plan before anything gets built

Not sure where to start? We audit how your business actually runs, find the highest-payoff opportunities, and hand you a prioritized roadmap — whether or not you build it with us.

  • An expert outside eye on your operations
  • Opportunities ranked by payoff and effort
  • A roadmap you own — no strings attached
  • Recommendations that fit whatever software you already run

Ranked by payoff, not by hype

How we decide

Most of it, we'd tell you to leave alone.

Anyone can sell you automation. The harder part is working out what's actually worth automating — and what to fix or bin instead. Here's the test we run on every task we find.

The test

  1. Does it repeat?

If it happens twice a year, doing it by hand is cheaper than any system.

  2. Are the rules the same every time?

If it takes a judgment call, a human keeps it. That's why you hired people.

  3. Does the process actually work?

Automating a broken process just breaks it faster, and more expensively.

Only what passes all three gets automated.

Where it lands

Automate it

It repeats, the rules hold, the process is sound.

  • Chasing overdue invoices

Repeats, never changes, nobody enjoys it. The easy yes.

  • Pulling the Monday numbers

Gathering them, yes. Deciding what they mean stays yours.

Fix it first

The task is fine. The process around it isn't.

  • Every approval landing on your desk

You'd just approve faster, forever. The bottleneck is the rule, not the routing.

  • The sheet that never matches your accounts

Two systems disagreeing is a decision nobody made. Pick the source of truth first.

  • Onboarding a new client

Ask three people for the steps, get three answers. Nothing to automate yet.

Bin it

Some of it shouldn't exist. Automating it makes it permanent.

  • The status report nobody opens

Automated, it goes unread forever — right on schedule.

  • Notes for the meeting that shouldn't happen

Perfect minutes make a pointless meeting permanent.

  • The second copy of the data, “just in case”

A backup of a backup — and the reason your numbers disagree.

The list you're left with is short. That's why it works.

How it works

How working with us actually goes.

  1. 01

    Discover

We start with a conversation, not a contract

A free 30-minute call about how your business runs and where the time disappears. You'll leave with two or three concrete automation ideas — whether or not we ever speak again.

  2. 02

    Design

You see the plan before anything is built

We map the chosen process end-to-end and show you exactly what the system will do, what it costs, and what it saves. No technical background required — nothing gets built until you say so.

  3. 03

    Build

We build it, test it, and prove it works

We build the system around your existing tools, test it against real scenarios, and walk your team through it. You approve it before it touches live work.

  4. 04

    Run & improve

It keeps working — and so do we

We monitor what we ship, fix anything that wobbles, and keep tuning the system as your business changes. You always know how it's performing.

Your first call, demystified

The biggest reason people don't book a call is fear of a sales pitch. So here's exactly what it is:

  • 30 minutes, free, no obligation
  • No jargon — we talk operations, not code
  • No pushy follow-up if it's not a fit
  • You leave with 2–3 automation ideas for your business, either way

About

Why The Simp Company exists.

Most growing businesses don't need more software — they need the software they already have to do more of the work. AI finally makes that possible. What's missing is someone to translate the hype into systems that quietly do their job.

That's us. “Simp” is short for simple — because that's the entire philosophy: understand how your business actually runs, automate what drains it, and make sure you understand exactly what we built and why.

Three people in conversation at a table, warm afternoon light through sheer curtains, laptop open between them
01

No jargon. No exceptions.

If we can't explain what a system does in one sentence, we don't build it.

02

Boring reliability over shiny demos

A system that works every day beats an impressive one that works sometimes.

03

You own everything

The workflows, the accounts, the documentation — all yours. No lock-in, ever.

Questions

The things you're probably wondering.

It's the opposite of a problem — most of our clients start exactly there. You know your business; we know automation. You never need to touch the technology: we translate it into plain terms and handle the technical side entirely.

Every project is scoped individually after the intro call, because a single chatbot and a company-wide automation program are very different projects. What we can say up front: you'll know the exact price before anything gets built, and if we think the payoff doesn't justify the cost, we'll tell you that too.

Most focused automations go from first call to a running system faster than most software projects. Larger projects are broken into stages, so you see something working early instead of waiting months for a big reveal.

We work inside your accounts and your tools, with access you control and can revoke at any time. Before anything is built, we walk you through exactly what data each system touches — and your business data is used for your project and nothing else.

It replaces the part of their job they complain about. The goal is taking repetitive work off your people's plates so their time goes where it's actually needed — customers, decisions, and growth.

Messy is normal — almost nobody has their processes documented. Untangling how things actually work is part of what we do, and honestly, the untangling alone is often worth the conversation.
